The Citybikes in Drammen started up as a part of a project called "BLID" (Better air in Drammen) in 2001. The official opening was April 28th 2001.

The subscription card may be obtained at the following outlets: City Hall (Reception) or by clicking the subscription link below. The card is only NOK 100,- per calendar year, and can be renewed.

The Citybikes are funded by advertising, - both installment and daily operations are at no cost to the municipalities.
